VOH’s working philosophy is based on the analysis and understanding of needs, complemented by appropriate business knowledge in a climate of partnership. This open-minded approach, reinforced by cutting-edge technical skills and a marked orientation towards smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0, makes VOH a leading partner to face the challenges of tomorrow’s industry.
The main focus of the products and services is on the means of quality control through particularly innovative production or control equipment. The target market is the microtechnology industry, of which the watchmaking branch is a major component. Watchmaking is our main sector, our source of inspiration and the origin of our developments.

Our team is comprised of individuals from diverse, yet complementary fields of study and professional training, who share a passion for quality and precision. Our company progression through key dates
1995
Creation of the sole proprietorship Vaucher Outillage Horloger at Tramelan through the purchase of Bouverat & Cie.
1999
Move to St-Imier, creation of micro-technology workshop.
2006
Company move to its new industrial premises in Courtelary. Major strengthening of the machining department.
2008
Transformation of the company Vaucher Outillage Horloger into the limited company VOH Ltd.
2010
Establishment of a global distribution structure.
2011
Creation of Client Services Department

Remodeling and expansion of the premises.
2014
Creation of Product & Supply Chain Department.
2015
Launch of the new innovative product PAViX (Universal and intelligent VOH hand-setting bracket).
2016
Transfer of the resale activity of consumables and watchmaking tools to BECO TECHNIC.
2019
As a last step in the implementation of its strategy, VOH sold the resale activity of Sylvac, Leica, Elma, Petitpierre, Atlas Copco, Binder, Metro, Qualimatest and Heidenhain products to Brütsch / Rüegger Tools AG. VOH now devotes 100% of its resources to developing, manufacturing and selling its own products and solutions dedicated to the watchmaking and microtechnology industry.
2020
Due to COVID-19, VOH.ch had to forego its 25th anniversary celebrations, but took advantage of the lull caused by this crisis to develop its LINKiX ecosystem and evolution of the PAViX concept towards smart production and Industrie 4.0
2021
2021, VOH opens up to the social networks, and places online its 100% new web site, with more information, modern features, and ease of use. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube are also our vectors of communication.
2023
After 28 years of activity, the founders Richard and Danielle Vaucher and their daughter Nathalie Mercier-Vaucher are handing over the operational management of the family business to Eric Fromentel (CEO), Bastien Paratte (CTO), and Stève Ligier (COO). From now on, the Vaucher family will serve on the company’s board of directors.
