A modern company in perpetual search for innovation, VOH has been offering equipment for professional use and original solutions for the watchmaking and microtechnology industries since 1995.

VOH’s working philosophy is based on the analysis and understanding of needs, complemented by appropriate business knowledge in a climate of partnership. This open-minded approach, reinforced by cutting-edge technical skills and a marked orientation towards smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0, makes VOH a leading partner to face the challenges of tomorrow’s industry.

The main focus of the products and services is on the means of quality control through particularly innovative production or control equipment. The target market is the microtechnology industry, of which the watchmaking branch is a major component. Watchmaking is our main sector, our source of inspiration and the origin of our developments.

To assure day-to-day efficiency, the company’s 30+ employees are organized into four departments. Our team is comprised of individuals from diverse, yet complementary fields of study and professional training, who share a passion for quality and precision. CEO, DIRECTOR & SALES MANAGER

Co-founder and director of VOH SA. A watchmaker by training, Richard Vaucher has an excellent knowledge of the specialist fields of the company’s clients.

Co-founder and manager of VOH SA, Danielle Vaucher manages all the company’s finances.

Nathalie Mercier-Vaucher

DEPUTY MANAGER, DIRECTOR, & ADMINISTRATION & HR MANAGER

Nathalie Mercier-Vaucher is responsible for the entire administration of VOH SA as well as the back office, general services, and human resources. She is also responsible for quality management in the company.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

An electronics engineer, Steve Ligier has overall responsibility for the Supply Chain department. His role encompasses all of logistics, machining, assembly, supplies and client service.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT MANAGER

An HES engineer, Bastien Paratte is responsible for the development of the company’s products and more specifically Industrie 4.0 integration.

MARKETING

A photographer and video maker, Anne-Camille Vaucher manages the VOH SA graphical design. She prepares all the company’s marketing materials and media.

With a CFC poly-mechanics engineer diploma, and an ES diploma in operational manufacturing technology, Bastien Zbinden is responsible for the company’s machining concept.

As a poly-mechanics engineer, Benoit Mafille is responsible for machining parts that will be incorporated into VOH products. His role is evidence of the importance for our company of controlling over 90% of the production chain.

Our company progression through key dates

1995

Creation of the sole proprietorship Vaucher Outillage Horloger at Tramelan through the purchase of Bouverat & Cie.

1999

Move to St-Imier, creation of micro-technology workshop.

2006

Company move to its new industrial premises in Courtelary. Major strengthening of the machining department.

2008

Transformation of the company Vaucher Outillage Horloger into the limited company VOH Ltd.

2010

Establishment of a global distribution structure.

2011

Creation of Client Services Department

2013

Remodeling and expansion of the premises.

2014

Creation of Product & Supply Chain Department.

2015

Launch of the new innovative product PAViX (Universal and intelligent VOH hand-setting bracket).

2016

Transfer of the resale activity of consumables and watchmaking tools to BECO TECHNIC.

2019

As a last step in the implementation of its strategy, VOH sold the resale activity of Sylvac, Leica, Elma, Petitpierre, Atlas Copco, Binder, Metro, Qualimatest and Heidenhain products to Brütsch / Rüegger Tools AG. VOH now devotes 100% of its resources to developing, manufacturing and selling its own products and solutions dedicated to the watchmaking and microtechnology industry.


Since its inception, VOH SA has created, produced and delivered over 4,500 new products, each one of them having required at least one idea
