VOH’s working philosophy is based on the analysis and understanding of needs, complemented by appropriate business knowledge in a climate of partnership. This open-minded approach, reinforced by cutting-edge technical skills and a marked orientation towards smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0, makes VOH a leading partner to face the challenges of tomorrow’s industry.
The main focus of the products and services is on the means of quality control through particularly innovative production or control equipment. The target market is the microtechnology industry, of which the watchmaking branch is a major component. Watchmaking is our main sector, our source of inspiration and the origin of our developments.

To assure day-to-day efficiency, the company’s 30+ employees are organized into four departments. Our team is comprised of individuals from diverse, yet complementary fields of study and professional training, who share a passion for quality and precision. Depending on your specific needs, you will quickly find that the experienced VOH team members are capable of following your project from beginning to end, guiding and advising you from the first contact to the after-sales service and everything in-between.
Steve LigierCOO An electronics engineer, Steve Ligier has overall responsibility for the Supply Chain department. His role encompasses all of logistics, machining, assembly, supplies and client service.
Bastien ParatteCTO An HES engineer, Bastien Paratte is responsible for the development of the company’s products and more specifically Industrie 4.0 integration.

Anne-Camille VaucherMARKETING A photographer and video maker, Anne-Camille Vaucher manages the VOH SA graphical design. She prepares all the company’s marketing materials and media.

Bastien ZbindenHEAD OF THE MACHINING GROUP With a CFC poly-mechanics engineer diploma, and an ES diploma in operational manufacturing technology, Bastien Zbinden is responsible for the company’s machining concept.
Benoit MafilleHEAD OF THE BAR TURNING GROUP As a poly-mechanics engineer, Benoit Mafille is responsible for machining parts that will be incorporated into VOH products. His role is evidence of the importance for our company of controlling over 90% of the production chain.

Our company progression through key dates
Creation of the sole proprietorship Vaucher Outillage Horloger at Tramelan through the purchase of Bouverat & Cie.
Move to St-Imier, creation of micro-technology workshop.
Company move to its new industrial premises in Courtelary. Major strengthening of the machining department.
Transformation of the company Vaucher Outillage Horloger into the limited company VOH Ltd.
Establishment of a global distribution structure.
Creation of Client Services Department
Remodeling and expansion of the premises.
Creation of Product & Supply Chain Department.
Launch of the new innovative product PAViX (Universal and intelligent VOH hand-setting bracket).
Transfer of the resale activity of consumables and watchmaking tools to BECO TECHNIC.
As a last step in the implementation of its strategy, VOH sold the resale activity of Sylvac, Leica, Elma, Petitpierre, Atlas Copco, Binder, Metro, Qualimatest and Heidenhain products to Brütsch / Rüegger Tools AG. VOH now devotes 100% of its resources to developing, manufacturing and selling its own products and solutions dedicated to the watchmaking and microtechnology industry.
Due to COVID-19, VOH.ch had to forego its 25th anniversary celebrations, but took advantage of the lull caused by this crisis to develop its LINKiX ecosystem and evolution of the PAViX concept towards smart production and Industrie 4.0
2021, VOH opens up to the social networks, and places online its 100% new web site, with more information, modern features, and ease of use. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube are also our vectors of communication.
After 28 years of activity, the founders Richard and Danielle Vaucher and their daughter Nathalie Mercier-Vaucher are handing over the operational management of the family business to Eric Fromentel (CEO), Bastien Paratte (CTO), and Stève Ligier (COO). From now on, the Vaucher family will serve on the company’s board of directors.
