Le Service Clients VOH SA assure un soutien téléphonique quotidien durant les heures de bureau ainsi qu‘une intervention de ses techniciens sur site client sous 48h. Le Service Clients VOH englobe les prestations suivantes: • Installation et introduction à l‘utilisation sur les équipements • Formations initiales sur les nouveaux équipements • Formations utilisateurs avec attestation • Formations de base sur la maintenance préventive • Maintenance et contrats de maintenance • Réparation / mise à jour de logiciels • Support technique KUNDENDIENST Im September 2011 wurde der Kundendienst ins Leben gerufen um unseren Kunden eine Palette von professionellen Dienstleistungen anzubieten. Abgezielt eine optimale Verwendung der Produkte zu garantieren und diese auf Zeit zu erhalten, durch effiziente Instandhaltung und einen anpassungsfähigen Kundenservice. Der Kundendienst VOH SA gewährleistet telefonische Unterstützung während den Büroöffnungszeiten sowie Interventionen durch unsere Techniker innerhalb von 48 Stunden. Der Kundendienst VOH SA bietet folgende Dienstleistungen an: • Installation und Einführung zur Benutzung der Arbeitsgeräte • Erstausbildung bei neuen Arbeitsgeräten • Ausbildung der Anwender mit Bescheinigung • Grundausbildung zur vorbeugenden Instand- haltung • Unterhalt und Wartungsverträge • Reparaturen / Aktualisierung der Software • Technische Support CUSTOMER SERVICE The VOH Customer Service was created in September 2011 to provide our customers with a range of professional services. The objective is to guarantee an optimal use of the products and to preserve them in time thanks to efficient preventive maintenance and reactive customer service. The VOH Customer Service operates daily telephone support during office hours as well as on site intervention by our technicians within 48 hours.
